We have 27 suites: 8 JUNIOR SUITES and 19 ONE & TWO BEDROOM SUITES. Mexican style decor. Our rooms face our beautiful garden and pool area. We offer orthopedic mattresses, non-allergenic, antibacterial and sanitized. Endorsed by the Chiropractors Association of Professional Scientists in Mexico, AC.

Natural Medical Center
Medical Director of The Ameyal, professional surgeon, nutritionists, iridologist and natural therapist with extensive use of alternative medicine, diet, meal programs for all types of diseases, medicine comprehensive and weight management specialist.

Vegetarian Restaurant
All our dishes are made with natural or organic ingredients carefully selected and whole, thus contributing to the health of our guests and diners. We use sea salt in small quantities and only cold-pressed oil. In the desserts incorporate healthy sugars like honey and unrefined. In the bread flour is used only 100% whole wheat.

Temazcal
Temazcalli Temazcal or steam bath is a Hispanic origins, practiced for therapeutic purposes, purifying and spiritual. It is an ancient ceremony of purification and cleansing spread among different groups pre-Hispanic Mesoamerica. Is the return to the womb of Mother Earth to heal and be reborn from it.
Following its Nahuatl name means House of Steam (temaz - steam, calli - home). The main element that gives the Mexican bath identity that is poured over the stones infused with herbs to produce steam. The steam is managed, directed and exploited through the use of a bouquet of fresh plants with which fans himself with a great healing power.
Acts detoxifying, stimulating the immune system, clean airways and the digestive system, tones the nervous system, aid bone problems, stress, insomnia, bruises, sprains, inflammation, muscle and postpartum. Sweating inside the Temazcal eliminates uric acid, creatinine, and accumulated toxins in the blood.

Monday to Sunday (7 days) from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, air conditioning, complete equipment, free weights abroad, personal trainer*, health food store *. As a member of the gym you can use our facilities (pool and outdoor jacuzzi). If you are guest of the hotel you can use the gym at not additional cost.*

We have a gym instructor who will assist you to establish your routine and use the equipment as well as our nutritionist * to advise food or diet according to your needs.
